Travelers from Canada, Russia, but also from Berlin and Hamburg, will have to undergo a 10-day quarantine, starting Monday, if they want to travel to Switzerland.
<x0 health authorities consider that the rate of COVID-19 infections is very high in these regions and therefore poses health risks to the Swiss Confederacy population”, government sources reported, ATS reported.
Travelers from these areas must self - quarantine for 10 days and report to the cantonal authorities within two days. Opposers will be fined 10,000 Swiss francs (approximately 9 300 euros)”, they explained.
Also added to the list of red zones have been several regions of Italy (the campaign, Sardinja and Veneto), Austria's Georgia, Iran, Jordan, Slovakia and Tunisia.
Bolivia, Namibia, Dominican Republic, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago, on the other hand, have been removed.
