Genoa suffered a 6-0 defeat to Naples in Serie A last weekend and has since confirmed 14 corruption cases in the team that played.
Genoa was due to meet Turin on Saturday at 6:00, but the series A confirmed that the match was postponed.
The extraordinary council of Lega Serie A has confirmed implementation of U rules EFA in the Italian League.
If a team has 13 players available, including a goalkeeper, the match should be held as planned.
If a team still cannot participate, they will suffer a 3-0 defeat.
Clubs are allowed to seek a postponement without taking a loss if they have at least 10 positive cases in the same week.
