Serbian media in Kosovo writes that the Tribunal in The Hague is not doing enough for “the truth” and “the justice”

Online Kosovo writes that from the KLA's alleged crimes Tribunal to the present day, five years after the establishment, only two acts have been officially established.

First, “submitted” 4,000 files, then correspondence between institutions of the Republic of Serbia and the Office of Specialised Prosecutor (remembered crimes in Drenica, Jablanica and Klecka), then files allegedly linked directly to the highest political figures that built their career through the KLA system, writes away KosovoOnline.

Court officials went to the veterans' office in the afternoon to get the material that someone brought out of it by noon. Logically, if confidential material was handed over to representatives of the organization mentioned, he was certainly delivered to several other addresses.

The KLA court was in grave embarrassment before it started working with full capacity, as it was announced. Despite being established with a decision in Pristina, the Court is based in The Hague, based on previous experiences of international institutions (including the tribunal for the former Yugoslavia), and procedures for classification and protection of information cannot differ much from those in power at The Hague Tribunal.

So far, doubts about the effectiveness of the tribunal's work have been caused by the bad “cognition”, activities that are in no way comparable to intensity and scope with the dynamics of the work of The Hague Tribunal.
