Prime Minister Edi Rama launched the joint conference with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias with emotional marks as he recalled Greece's help to Albania during the September 26th tragic earthquake.
After he said he appreciated helpGreek officials' interest in recovery by earthquake, prime minister spent much of the conference, dismissing the existence of any tension between the two countries.
For us Greece has been at the top of a strategic partner at times and remains such,” added Rama, viewing Greece as a precious neighbour.
Rama added whatThe two countries do not have to pass through Brussels, as they are easily resolved through communication.

He said he was confident that the war law with Greece would also receive solutions soon.
