Rape Albanian, Italian minister seeks the immediate detention of Robinho

The Robinho adventure of Santos lasted only a week. The former striker of Real Madrid and Milan, who had returned to the club where he grew up accepting a symbolic salary of only 230 euros a month, was forced to terminate the contract because of the nine-year sentence for sexual violence Italian justice gave him in 2017 for an event that took place in 2013, when he was part of Milan.

The 37-year-old returned to the Carioca country, as much as intense pressure forced the Santos club and the footballer himself to stop the contract just days after it was thrown black on white. There was controversy on all sides, even Damares Alves, Brazilian Minister of Human Rights, Family and Women, used strong words to the player:

“Burg, immediately! I have no other words to add. I know he appealed, but now there's new audio evidence. What more do we need? Prison. No bully can applaud. Apel's decision is expected, but I think everything is very clear. Seeing the transcripts of what happened makes me sick. It was very heavy to read what had been transliterated, especially when it came out of a footballer's mouth. We're talking about a crime and the aggressor doesn't deserve any consideration. We shouldn't let go just because he's a popular football player. He must serve his sentence, either there or here, immediately”.
