Prime Minister Hoti allows Kurti's adviser Ma to stay in Kosovo

“The prime minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, based on the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of Prime Minister and Ministers, has made a decision to suspend the execution of A decisions. No. 555/2020 with no. Prot A. No. 1571/2020, dated 01.10.20, according to request by the Ombudsman”, the communiqué says. .
- Decision No. Ref. 116/2020 of the Foreign Access Commission, dated 21,09.20, with which Mr. Tienmu Ma, brought against the decision of the first degree;
- Decision No. 02224/20 on rejection of the provisional residence permit of 20.8.20; and
- Decision No. 00174/20 for the volunteer departure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs .A. Department of State, Asylum and Migration .g. Foreign Division, dated 21.8.2020.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Hoti offers full co-operation about this issue, always in accordance with the constitutional and legal mandate, as well as one time remaining pending until the end of the investigation by the Ombudsman's institution.
