Ahmeti writes that there are things about pollution that cannot be changed as climates, georates, and meteorological conditions.

But there are two things that can be changed according to him, heating coal in the house which is being addressed to Thermocos, and the number of cars in the city.

About paying for cars

Starting in December, citizens will still face pollution, and this time I believe that COVID masks will help reduce respiratory diseases, which would be even more dangerous in time of pandemic.

During the pollution period, we receive many comments from citizens about short - term solutions to pollution that are insufficient to ease the situation. But in April, it's all forgotten, and this subject goes to the end of the public agenda.

As far as pollution is concerned, there are things we cannot change, and those are geographical aspects, general climate conditions, and of course meteorological conditions.

But there are two things that can change it. The coal heat in the individual house, which we are addressing with Thermokos, when over the past five years, the vast majority of the capital's urban will be locked in central heating.

The second is the number of cars in town. Since roads are narrow and cannot be expanded to the center, then the only solution remains to build alternative roads (unasia) and to pay driving taxes in populated parts of the town where there are toloves and that can cause pollution.

There was a lot of discussion on social networks about how we're willing to place bars in the capital to penalise citizens and other municipalities.

I don't know if this misinterpretation has been deliberate, but it's not the first time we've been talking about it.

So besides the pay parking lot, we've looked into the possibility of driving to the center. It is known in English as the Congestion Charge. London is the capital that has successfully regulated this system.

There is no rampa (laura), there is no discrimination, when this policy is established it applies to all and implemented by cameras. Just in a small town where you can walk from one side to another for 30 minutes and with serious pollution during the winter, the priority should be to fight the unnecessary use of cars.
