The second wave, which has hit all of Europe, particularly countries like Italy, has made the latter close the stadiums, broadcast Periscope.
With the new DPSM (Determination) for measures against Ovid19 signed by Italian Prime Minister Guissée Ctete, a decision has been made that sports events will return behind closed doors.
