Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reacted sharply following Rajko Kozlline's escape, convicted of the Kosovo Tour massacre.
By a response to the media, MPJ has said that Rajko Kozlline, along with other members of the Serbian Army, has committed crimes and horrible massacres in Kosovo, writes the news.
The war criminal, Rajko Kozlline, along with other former members of the Serbian Army, has committed horrible massacres during the war in Kosovo, where Serbian judicial organs themselves have proven that he and other soldiers of his unit have killed at least 27 Albanian civilians, including women and children, where the youngest child was only 4-x1>, is said to be out in response.
Kozlina's flight, according to the Kosovo Foreign Ministry, testifies once again Serbia's non-sysibility to deal with this state's serious criminal past.
“MPJD points out that all of this relates to Serbia's current campaign against Kosovo, where leaders there are earnestly trying to deny the crimes and genocide committed in Kosovo, threatening Serbs who provide information on the whereabouts of the mass cemetery in Serbia”, the MPJ have said.
Full foreign ministry response:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore (MPJD) expresses the deep concern of the convicts' escape from justice for the Kosovo entity massacre, Rajko Kozlline, of which they reportedly left Serbia to avoid the punishment.
The war criminal, Rajko Kozlline, along with other former members of the Serbian Army, has committed horrible massacres during the war in Kosovo, where even Serb judicial bodies have proven that he and other soldiers of his unit have killed at least 27 Albanian civilians, including women and children, where the youngest child was only 4.
Criminal Kozlline and others, except they have massacred innocent civilians, at the orders of Serbia's political leaders, have eliminated the bodies of Albanian victims and still do not provide information about their whereabouts.
For all these terrible crimes, Kozlline had been sentenced by the Supreme Court of Serbia for only 15 years, and despite that, she has now reportedly left Serbia to escape the suffering of punishment.
This act is unacceptable and once again disseminates Serbia's lack of seriousness to deal with the serious criminal past, accept responsibility and condemn the perpetrators of the genocide in Kosovo.
Since Rajko Kozlline, during the trial time, has been an active member of Serbia's Army and the same has been sentenced to symbolic punishment and now is being allowed to hide and leave his sentence, then Serbia must be held responsible for all of this.
MPJD points out that all of this relates to Serbia's current campaign against Kosovo, where leaders there are earnestly trying to deny the crimes and genocide committed in Kosovo, threatening Serbs who provide information on the whereabouts of the mass cemetery in Serbia.
The Republic of Kosovo raises this concern and requires international justice to be introduced for condemning genocide crimes committed by Sebia during the recent war in Kosovo.
We also demand that the pressure be put on Serbia to open its army and police archives so that the total whitelight of the dead will be made.
Given the authorities' continued structural actions in Belgrade, MPJD stresses that there can be no normalisation of relations between the two states, as Serbia continues to hide crime and criminals, not to apologize and feel responsible for the genocide committed in Kosovo.
