Lajcak said the Constitution was not “Bable” and that it could be changed to become a country for the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
MP Beqiri claims the “Constitution cannot be changed for any association”, Periscope follows.
Mr. Beqiri we've never seen him bump so hard at any representative of international institutions in the past.
He has declared that the Constitution can be changed, but not to endanger and lose Kosovo's sovereignty and integrity, and that everything else is counterproductive or unalable.
Full status:
The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo cannot be changed for any association.
The Constitutional Court has stated its word on this matter, nothing beyond that.
It can be changed, fulfilled but never, to endanger and lose Kosovo's sovereignty and integrity.
Others are talk, desires that are not done, and cannot be realized.
As MP, the chairman of the European Integration Commission, I have no right or mandate, and no one else for anything like that is simply unacceptable.
