The “Responds which are expected to begin during the hours following today's date 15/10/2020 will initially include the western part of Kosovo (mountain areas), continuing with increased intensity towards the northern part of western”, is written in the IHMK communiqué.
The institute has warned that the biggest floods will occur during the first hours of tomorrow.
In addition, the communique says that as a result, opportunities for collapse of the earth and difficulties in communications will arise.
