Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has reported today in the country for his first 100-day government.
In his address, Hoti, except that he has accused the preliminary government led by Kurti of obstructing reports with international friends, he said this has happened with Albania as well.
He said the moment he came to the government, reports with Albania have found him frozen.
When we take over the leadership of the government, co-operation with Albania is found in a frozen phase. Now we're going to make concrete economic arrangements. As for dialogue, the government has had constructive approaches. We co-operated closely with the EU envoy and top diplomat. Clear principles have enabled us to make progress in this process. We've had the September 4th meeting in the United States where we signed the agreement for economic normalisation. Although domestic reactions have been tough, it has rightly been praised as a historic agreement”, Hoti said in his report.
He has said that permanent friendship will always remain essential for Kosovo.
The latter, according to Hoti, has become a creditable address to the powerful parties in foreign policy.
