Hoti has said the state of Kosovo has set its principles against dialogue, ensuring that territorial integrity will not be affected as well as the unitary character of Kosovo.
Not wanting to show whether constitutional changes will be made, as dialogue mediator Miroslav Lajcak is looking for, the government chief said the agreement should be all-intensive that addresses all issues between the two countries with the first point towards mutual recognition.
“I know the principles we have set for the dialogue process that is not discussed on the issue of exchange of territories, and this has been removed from the negotiating table, the second principle is that Kosovo's unitary character is not affected, and the agreement must be inclusive that addresses all issues between the two countries with the first point right to mutual recognition. We are in the process of dialogue and I am satisfied with the progress that has been made so far, the principles we are maintaining which are being respected by our international partners even by the dialogue mediator”, he said.
The executive head, Avdullah Hoti, has also spoken of the point of the agreement signed at the White House, which concerns the feasibility phase of the Ujman Lake of what he said is a team of experts in Pristina.
“A team of US department experts is in Kosovo, in Pristina are studying all the modalities needed to conduct this feasibility study”, he said.
These comments were made by the prime minister, Hoti, after his visit to the Cline municipality.
We remember that the topic of the Association of Serb Major Communities has stopped the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, as Serbia is trying to make the topic again of discussion while Kosovo is considering this issue as a closed topic, which will be applied after the entry into force of the reciprocal agreement between the two countries.
After the three-day visit the special representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, held in Kosovo on 15 October, from Belgrade said that in a serious negotiation process, it is logical that the Constitution will have to change.
