Fjolla Morina's testimony before the Court says that the businessman is loved to marry him for several months

The driver Fitim Muji, who, among other things, has stated: We're headed from Kosovo in Fjolla's car and I want to announce that I'm familiar with Fjolla because with the Genus, I'm a friend and I've traveled with them as a friend, as Fjolla had work in Tirana for music. The Kukes Court says the weapon found in Fjolla Morina's bag is technically regular and capable of shooting. The other weapon, however, has been imitated by a gun that appears to be a lighter.

During the trial, Fjolla Morina lawyers Aurora Guska and Andy Duraj stated that the weapon seized in the singer's bag enters the sports arms category and concerns criminal offences. Among other things, lawyers told the court: We understand the fact that the court may be under media pressure, which for clicks write the unimaginable, because we want to-sdukom in this case, the negative effect is given to the public. We ask the court to set aside “face news” and to judge this matter calmly, fairly and impartially”.

In view of this situation, and considering the three high criteria mentioned, the Kukes court appointed the measure of “house arrest “to Fjolla Morina and “in prison with a 30-day deadline for her boyfriend. Meanwhile, 15 days after staying in prison for her loved one, noble Syla and driver Fitim Muja, at the request of the Kukes prosecutor, today the court ordered their release from prison, what has brought the reunification of the beloved couple in the greenhouse environments where Fjolla Morina is currently standing.
