Peter Stano, spokesperson for the European Union's diplomacy and security chief, says the EU has conveyed with great concern reports about the opening of the Russian office on the part of the Russian Defence Ministry in Belgrade.
The aim of opening this office is reportedly to be strengthening Russia's military ties with Serbia.
