Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is not sure who the Kosovo foreign minister is.
Rama, during the two Government meeting in Tirana, has openly expressed uncertainty whether Melza Haradinaj-Subla is Kosovo's foreign minister.
As he was giving his word at the meeting, Prime Minister Rama introduced Melza Haradinaj by name, until I add “to my error is Kosovo Foreign Minister”.
