The defendants L.G. has been assigned detention measures in length of 1 (one) month starting on October 21, 2020, wide with November 20th 2020.
The judge of the preliminary procedure after holding the hearing and after analyzing the subject paperwork found that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the detention assignment is based and the detention is assigned according to Article 187 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 and 1.2, points 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of KPP.
