Bajrami shifted the blame to the Abrash Ministry: We were not informed in time of the evaporation of funds

Finance and Transfers Minister Hykmete Bajrami during reporting to the Commission for Business and Finance in the Kosovo Assembly has acknowledged that the evaporation scandal of over 2m euros has not been cyber attack, but the classic theft conducted by the finance ministry official from the Infrastructure Ministry's contracts.
