Meanwhile, Coffey, who is also part of the Heritage Foundation as well as analyst and expert on political developments, added the flags of four states that, according to him, will eventually join this military alliance.
On the four flags Coffy added, it was Kosovo, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine.
