Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has declared that “is fed up with the speeches of Western leaders for Serbia's ties with Russia and China”.
He said that “Serbia is still on its way to entry into the European Union despite relations with Moscow and Beijing”.
Vuciq in Davos has said an interview for the EuroNea, and with this case it has stressed that “is most upset with what European leaders are holding words for Serbia's close ties with Russia and China, insisting that Belgrade is still committed to membership in the European Union, despite delays of accession<1>.
In the interview, Vuciq “has hit” critics who say Serbia is too close to Moscow and Beijing, accusing “geopilika of blocking Serbia's EU membership”.
Serbia is not overly enthusiastic, but still further we are committed to our path to the EU, because we don't see an alternative”, Vuciq said and added: “on this road we are already 20 years old. I think, except for Turkey, no country has waited so many years”
