Sleep is essential to almost everything in our body, since during sleep the body relaxes and heals itself.
All of our health depends on our sleep, as this stage allows our body to synthesize essential patterns, repair our organs and cells, receive needed energy, and prevent health problems.
Scientists recommend eight hours of sleep every night, but studies have recently shown that this may not be enough for women.
Apparently, the sleep dresser “isn't a myth and women need more sleep because that's how they improve their skin appearance and quality.
Women and males are different in many ways, and because of the highest activity of the brain in women, their bodies need more sleep in order to repair themselves properly.
Experts therefore recommend that women try to sleep a little more than eight hours so that they are healthy!
