To determine whether it was an Iranian missile that caused the plane crash earlier this week, Ukraine is urging Western powers to share information to help.
Germany's foreign minister is calling for the largest possible “transparency” and said that if investigations were to discover that a missile caused the crash, “then we would honestly back up”, Perscopi is followed.
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday he is not excluding the possibility that a missile has caused a Ukrainian passenger plane crash near Tehran earlier this week.
He then called on governments to share data to help reveal answers about the collapse of a Boeing 737 that killed 176 people from seven countries.
In view of the recent statements by the heads of state in the media, we call on all international partners especially the governments of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom”, Zelenskiy said.
Canada, which lost 63 citizens in the crash, has also assigned an investigation into the case, even Iran has been ready to co-operate with international investigators. Periscope
