In a fierce attack on activist Greta Thurberg, he used his notes to deny at the World Economic Forum “the world's recent eternal prophets” and “apocalypse predictors”.
The American president said he was the “a great believer in the environment” in a speech listing his achievements since taking over the White House duty three years ago, writes The Guardian, follows Periscope.
“Environment for me is very important,” said Trump after a 30 minute speech.
He did not mention climate emergency, but supported the initiative that was prepared in Davos.
