A total of incoming government ministries go to 14

The elections held 100 days ago have not yet resulted in the creation of the new government by the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo. The many obstacles Vetevendosje has is trying to overcome through a bid that the LDK has made Monday. In her proposal the LVV has stressed growing [...]
Since Glauk Konjufca's election as the top speaker, negotiations on making the new government between the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo have undergone changes. With the owner's position removed from the talks, new options have been put on the negotiating table, which are not adjusting to either of the parties.
Since both political subjects have claimed to have harmonised the governing programme 100 percent, the coalition's arrival is mired in sharing responsibilities at the next executive. The LDK's LVV had agreed that their government would have no more than 12 ministries, but because of the dispute over their division of Vetevendosje during Monday it has submitted an offer to the LDK, in which the number of ministries is proposed to increase to 14. This offer already by connoisseurs of political issues in the country is seen as a proposal to meet the two parties' power sets. The LVV's proposal has stressed that it will consider the following few days.
On the other hand, the country's president, Hashim Thaci, has been putting pressure on the winning party to propose the prime minister's name. In terms of deadlines and how the president should act if the winning party refuses to propose the mandate, the president's office has not denied it could be addressed to the Constitutional Court to provide clarifications.
Government “increased Kurti”
In the latest bid for co-government, which Vetevendosje Movement chairman Albin Kurti has sent to the LDK on Monday, it has been proposed that the number of ministries from 12 increase to 14. Under this proposal, the Democratic League of Kosovo will have six ministries -- LVV five -- until the minorities are three ministries. We add the number of ministries to the government from 12 to 14 Sosh, with what the Vetwvendosje Movement has 5 ministries, while the Democratic League of Kosovo has 6 ministries. The additional ministry for LDK comes as part of one of the largest ministries to have LVV. 3 The ministries have minorities, as well as the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. The previous agreement the first deputy prime minister belongs to the LDK, meanwhile the second deputy prime minister, LVV”, is written in the LVV's offer.
In addition, Vetevendosje has shown how the two new ministries will be added and what they will be. The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports divides, so Culture and Youth joins the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, while sports joins the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Management of Local Power and the Regional Development Ministry are two of the three ministries given to minorities. The third ministry is the one for the Communist”, says Kurti's bid sent to Mustafa. As for the president's issue, Vetevendosje has demanded that a joint statement be made on the president's issue, based on the initial draft by the LDK, which includes the position facing the current president, trying to consensus and limiting over eventual deals with the former president. PAN.
According to political analyst Nundman Pziarizi, if LVV's bid for LDK contains increasing the number of ministries in 14, unlike what they had stated in the election campaign, then even reaching the coalition would be possible, but the two parties could have consequences in the upcoming elections. If it is true that LVV's new offer contains an increase in the number of ministries, and much more if the LDK accepts this offer, this coalition is completely ink, but is done. The best of all this maneuvering would be that LVV would be perceived as a normal party (what it is) and that the race in the upcoming elections would be a competition of ideas, not a competition for bullshit”, said the paedarizi.
LVV hopes in positive response to LDK, the bid given calls it a big compromise
LVV hopes in positive response to LDK, the bid given calls Vetevendosje deputy leader Besnik Bislimi a major compromise, has stressed that in the bid they have submitted to him The LDK, for the sake of creating the government, has become a major compromise, which can be judged by citizens for changing the pre- and post-election positions of LVV. “In drafting this proposal, Vetevendosje believes there has also been a huge compromise, since willingness to increase the number of ministries (from which the LVV does not benefit in any way) will only expose us to the frustrations of public opinion, which will rightly attack us for movement from promise before and post-election to reduce the number of ministries to 12 sosh)”, he said.
He has added that the future government could be a crucial change for good, and that this could enable the LDK General Council's positive reflection on Vetevendosje's bid.
Vetevendosje's offer, inconsistent for LDK
The Democratic League of Kosovo on Monday has accepted a proposal nearly similar to that put forward by Vetevendosje at the last meeting. The LVV's latest bid with some minor changes from that previous one has remained to be considered by Isa Mustaf's party, though its leaders are not being seen very seriously. The first deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Agim Veliu, has stressed that this offer has nothing serious and that it is not optimistic that it could lead to a final agreement. I'm speaking personally is not something serious. We're looking at it, however, there's nothing new. There is no serious thing there that can get us out of the” situation, Veliu said.
But despite that trial of Veliu, the LVV proposal will be considered within the bodies of the Democratic League. We have to examine it with the LDK bodies, and I believe we will discuss the principles of the agreement. We have received the letter, based on it we will examine our principles and positions. But I don't know what we have to consider in this offer”, Veliu said, writes away “Voice”.
Rashit: LVV ) LDK cannot create government with less than 15 ministries
Balkan Policy Group Director Naim Rashiti has responded to delays in creating the new government. He has said it is impossible for the two potential parties to create the ruling coalition to make the new executive with less than 15 ministries. According to him, the parties must give up government fusion and agree to lead by 15 or 16 government dictatorships. “LDK's LVV will fail to make the restructuring in 12 ministries and without law. So if they want to form the government they have to hand over the mandate name quickly and agree to a government of 15-16 ministries: The LVV gets 6 ministries, the LDK gets 7 ministries, Serbs 2 ministries (other than do not support the government) and other minorities a minister”, he has declared.
He also emphasises that Vetevendosje should as soon as it hands over the mandater's name for prime minister to President Thaci, so as to avoid political difficulties that have conveyed Kosovo in the past.
The Vetevendosje Movement must urgently hand over the candidate name for prime minister. As the election winner, there is no alternative, there is no specific deadline between the constitution and giving the mandate for the election winner. It's a packaged procedure. With its delays, the LVV is becoming the same as the winning parties in 2014 and 2017-18x1>, it has ended. / Z WAR
