Thaci declares Kosovo's “Hero” police officer Sami Thaqi

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, today when police Sami Thaci is given last goodbye, for having shared Kosovo's “Hero command”.

Thaci has said that the sacrifice of dozens of police officers who fell into the defence of the rule and the law obliges us to work even harder for a calm and stable Kosovo and a better place for all our citizens.

Sami's heroism, Enver, Izet and the dozens of policemen who fell to the helm is pride of the Republic of Kosovo. Their sacrifice in defence of the rule and the law obliges us to work even harder for a calm and stable Kosovo and a better place for all our citizens, President Thaci wrote.
