Termokos to expand heating network to 50% of Pristina neighbourhoods

Company leaders during a media conference have indicated that the heating supply during 2019 has been better, with great improvement in the Sun Coast and university neighbourhoods, while this year there will be an expansion of the heating network to 50% of the neighbourhood in Pristina, up from 28% so far.

Chief Executive Chief Arsim Fetah said 2019 is considered the most successful year in the history of Thermokos. He said the overwhelming portion of consumers are satisfied with the services offered.

The “Definitely last year has been the most successful in the history of Thermocos, given the achievements we will now unfold. During 2019 the heating supply has been very good, where the huge portion of our consumers are satisfied with heating services, and this year it has also made the quality heating supply of the Sun Hill, which has so far had serious problems, but fortunately it has been adjusted... The production of thermal energy has been 232,246 MWh, a 5% increase in 2019 by more than 2018, which has been the largest production ever in Thermocos. The release of thermal energy has increased by 9.6 percent in proportion to 2018,”tha Fetah.

Energy losses during 2019 have dropped from 10 percent to 8 percent, which is very important in meeting technical needs.

Fetah said that the neighborhoods that will be the priority of Termokos for 2020 are originally Ulpiana, Dardania, Matti 150.

Otherwise, Termocos was founded in 1970 as a central heating company.
