Don't lose a minute in your single life! While you will be alone in life, you will be able to enjoy many things and, above all, have more time for yourself.
It's male instinct, and especially women's that constant search of the soul mate! But are you sure that it is and that being a couple makes you live better?
According to doctor Jess, there are several reasons why you should remain single, even for some time. Being single is a fate.
More exercise takes place - perhaps for most of the time available for training than for another person. Consistent exercise brings a number of health benefits: mood improvement, increased energy levels, improved sleep quality, and even sexual relations.
You can take more of yourself from other people's noncompliance. More than that: You can stay in shape, as the average increase in excess weights in your marriage becomes common.
You are more active in society: It seems that “angent” tend to stay more at home, especially when the couple create a family, while single people can lead a more social life - more activities.
You are healthier and especially not reserved for food because of the need for perfection and friendship - the presence or absence of others have no effect on this!
Friendships are kept: when a partner is found, or even more when friends have children, their friendship world changes all: old friendships are left out. This certainly does not happen when you are single.
Less debt is created: It seems that single people manage their finances better! They expend themselves very consciously without borrowing too much.
-It's learned: not having anyone around me to believe anything, boosts confidence, and singles understand it better than anyone else.
The study is the city with the largest number of singles
A new study has revealed that the number of singles has increased by 3 million within a decade, since most people choose to live alone. The detailed analysis shows that in some areas more than 50 percent of the people living in unbounded, where the city of Islington is at the top of the list. About two thirds of singles are men, and 57 percent are women.
Likewise, single populations are aging, in part as a result of the fact that many people are getting divorced and are remaining single. Maps present percentages of unmarried women and men in England's cities. Islington tops the list, with the largest number of single men and women.
