At the Orthodox Christmas holiday, the Serb-Montenegrin minority demands the creation of Serbian schools in Shkodra and the official holiday announcement of this day.
The declarations have come from the chairman of the association, Moraca Pavlo Jakoja, who said there are 27 thousand and 500 Serbs in Albania.
He said minorities are afraid and undeclared, though he did not show when there has been an incident towards Serb minorities.
