The Vetevendosje movement will intensify its actions to reach coalition agreements with the Democratic League of Kosovo, to govern the country in the next four years.
Already LDK, led by Isa Mustafa, has made it clear to Albin Kurti's party that the agreement should either be reached by the end of the week, or that it should be declared and failed,
However, in Vetevendosje Movement, they say they will intensify their actions to see what is the best way to avoid all differences that the two political subjects have and the achievement of the ruling coalition agreement.
Arberie Nagavci of the Vetevendosje Movement, which at the December 26th session where the seventh legislature was formed, was elected deputy head of the Parliament, has told Gazeta Insander that they believe within the constitutional deadline Kurti has as mandated to form the government, the agreement with the LDK will be reached.
“Yes, I believe that very soon we will intensify activities, we will see what is the best way to reach the agreement so that with the end of the constitutional deadline to propose the government in the Assembly we are willing and to have all issues brought together and to achieve the resolution of all recent issues that remain open”, Nagavci said.
However, it has once again reminded the potential governing partner that the post of Speaker of the Assembly has already been carried out and does not turn back.
This, as the LDK continues to insist that this post belongs to them in the ruling coalition agreement, until the president's election, in order to have balanced power.
“I believe that the matter of the chief parliament is an issue that has already been decided by the will of 75 MPs who have decided it, and if we talk about the Constitutional powers it accurately defines how powers are divided in executive, legislative and presidency. So I believe that we will reach a consensus because this has been the will of the citizens and it is up to us two parties to find the way to reaching the final agreement and give to the citizens for which they have voted”, it has been expressed.
However, she says she has agreed with several statements by LDK leader Isa Mustafa, who last night after the chairmanship's meeting told the VV, the party leadership position.
“Mustafa mentioned in his statement an important issue that I personally fully agree with. He mentioned that the balance of governance should be made, and we agree to have balance of governance and in the spirit of that we proposed, we offered and we are willing to take on the same responsibilities, so the executive, in government”, the deputy head of the Parliament stressed.
