In predictions that study climate trends of the next 10 years, “Met Office” points out that each year between 2020 and 2024, temperatures will range from 1.06 to 1.62 degrees Celsius higher than normal.
And the 2016 record, so far the hottest year ever recorded, will be achieved during this period.
The latest “forecasts in the next five years suggest a continuation of heating in line with high greenhouse gas levels”, Doug Smith, the person who has realised these predictions, stressed. / A T S/
