The Electoral Panel for Anxes and Parashtres -- PZAP -- has announced -- warning political subjects that within 15 calendar days beginning January 17th through January 31st 2020, they will pay fines pronounced by PZAP to them for early elections for the Kosovo Assembly of October 06th 2019.
On the contrary The PZAP will be obliged to implement the applicable law, exactly will pronounce additional sentences for any separate decision, as well as implement the applicable law of the completion procedure no. 04/ L-139
Article 120, paragraph 2. The LZP stipulates that failure to pay the goba or to obey a PZAP ordinance within the time period specified in PZAP's decision is another violation of this law that can be sanctioned with additional punishment by PZAP.
PZAP, in early elections for the Kosovo Assembly of October 06th 2019, has pronounced fines against political subjects, and this:
Total fines: = 360,000 euros
Paid fines: = 84;900.00 euros
Unpaid fines: = 275,100 euros
PZAP's data is on January 17, 2020.
