Police in Prizren died during a drug action

The fatal accident has taken place until Kosovo Police units were conducting a raid action and an anti-drug search in the village of Zhur, Prizren.

There's been an explosion where a police officer whose identity is known for the editing lost his life, and the wound took two other policemen as well as a family minor in which the explosion occurred.

Lieutenant Shaban Osmanollaj, an information official at the Regional Directorate in Prizren, has stressed that the Specialised Nardroga Unit, along with the Special Unit, were conducting a search warrant at a house in the village of Zhur.

“The Specialised Antidroga Unit, along with the Special Unit, which was carrying out a search warrant, the raid, at a house in the village of Zhur, at that moment a unidentified explosive vehicle exploded and unfortunately a policeman lost his life at the scene, while two other colleagues were injured. Currently, the injured are at Prizren Hospital, currently being treated by hospital emergency. Even in the house where they carried out the raid, a child aged about eight has been hurt with minor injuries. The police, while conducting control and raid, have accidentally encountered explosive vehicles, which unfortunately had fatal consequences. We have stopped and arrested the owner of the house, who has even been suspiciously suffering in this case”, has stressed Lieutenant Osmanollaj, Kosovas reports.

One of the wounded officers is being treated at KKUK, while the other police and child are being treated at Prizren Hospital.
