These are some of the main points Kosovo's municipality is expected to bring into order for road transport to the territory of this municipality.
According to Ali Topalli, spokesman in the Kosovo Fusha municipality, this is being done to ensure citizens travelling on this line.
Although they say they were not announced for a public discussion, citizens of this municipality welcome the drafting of this regulation.
However, Topalli says the two points of this regulation, which include failing to allow bus travel by bus to drunk persons or to those who use narcotic substances, may not enter its final version.
A similar regulation has been adopted by the Pristina Community on March 28, 2013, while while in the first phase of the compilerging, the adoption of such a regulation for Fushe Kosovo is seen as necessary even by the Urban Traffic Company.
Despite the adoption of this regulation, Rexhepaj says it will be difficult to obtain or fines for any citizen who commits violations of her points.
Meanwhile, under the terms of regulation for Kosovo's territory, each person responsible for the carrier operating contrary to these regulations will be fined 50 to 100 euros.
