We all know sex is useful! And we don't get rid of this sentence. Benefts are numerous in the mood, general well - being, and the main one is a super therapy for the couple because it affects the relationship's quality of duration. But, from a recent research conducted by the University of Toronto and the University of Fribourg, it has turned out that the true and strong link between the two people you need does not depend on sexual act, on the contrary! It's a simpler thing that we often try to forget about in our daily lives...
It's a hug, a pet, even no sex! Researchers concluded after conducting four different studies on hundreds of people of different ethnic backgrounds. In the first experiment, couples reported that they were more satisfied with sex, followed by warm contact, such as hug or pet.
A second study showed that couples with frequent sex are always positive. Tests three and four showed that the most loving and sexually active are far happier than couples from previous experiments.
The result? The goal for 2020 is to put more hugs, kisses and caresses in a couple's life, not neglecting naturally good and healthy sex.
