The Vetevendosje movement has nominated Albin Kurtin as a mandate for forming Kosovo's new government.
After accepting the mandate proposal for formation of the government by VV, the country's president, Hashim Thaci, has invited the proposed Kurti to accept the decree today, It says Periscope.
LDK Headship member Naser Osmani in a Pronocim For Periscope says that from today, Kurt's responsibility for reaching coalition agreements with the LDK increases as the counting of time back is under way.
Osmani stresses that everything is now in VV's hands and is awaiting an answer from this subject.
From now on it increases the responsibility of Albin Kurti not burning your mandate and certainly made efforts to reach coalition agreements at the request of the LDK. We are the partner who has chosen the Vetevendosje Movement. We now expect concrete VV answers, Osmani said.
Juridically from today, legal deadlines for forming the government begin to flow, where, from the day of the decree by the president of the Republic, the 15-day deadline for the government cabinet's submission to the Assembly is due. If the prime minister fails the first time, it remains in the discretion of the president of the Republic to appoint the second mandate within 10 days. If it fails again the second time, Kosovo goes to extraordinary elections within 40 days. /Periscopi/Z. R/
