According to sources, several persons have been accompanied in connection with these investigations. The number of detainees has gone to 25, while other people are on the run.
Among those detained are former officials and officials, engineers, urban chiefs and former local leaders. Two of them are the former head of the Farka municipality, Fatbath the Old Man, and former head of the Kashari municipality, Besnik Fuchia.
They are accused of abuse of office and forging documents.
In the November 26th earthquake 2019, there were no casualties in Tirana, but considerable material damage. Many palaces and buildings have suffered serious injuries.
