Mustafa: There are no more three-hour meetings with Kurt and we don't do anything or make deals or deal.

LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa said before reporters that there would be no more meetings with Albin Kurti, where they will talk for three hours, and say they met but failed to reach agreement. He said the next meeting should only be if an agreement is signed.

These are Mustafa's words to reporters:

That's the offer we've been handling during our conversations. We have requested that the VV after the 26th date clarify its position regarding the further partnership and how they see the LDK country in this partnership.

We do not want to make any agreement on co-governance if it is not an agreement where both sides would feel powerful as they have taken the trust of Kosovo citizens.

In these conversations we've given each one of our own position on how to find solutions.

We have been waiting for the VV to welcome the country to have solutions from the election ahead.

We have not come to appreciate what Vetevendosje has written because if we are treated in our organs, we will only consider principles on which we will continue our discussions with VV.

In no case have we asked for increased ministries, the search of ministries, we have requested partnership, and such sites do not elaborate such a VV position but treat our positions, whether even further the LDK remains to have the prime minister, president and five ministries. The Council General's position has been this, and any changes must be taken in verifying our standards.

We in every conversation we had until last Thursday were trying to harmonise things together. I don't see any more reason to sit down, talk about three hours, go dumb in front of you and have nothing to say, but we have to be in the deal, and we'll make it clear to you, not just sit down and talk and argue that we agreed to meet again.

You see reason to make deals but partnership, mutual respect”.

Below, you have proposals that the Democratic League of Kosovo has sent to Vetevendosje, the essence of which is: The chief speaker meets the LDK until the new president is resolved.

Our proposals, submitted today in writing, are the following:

1. The LDK will have the Speaker of the Parliament until the president's election, then the Speaker of the Parliament will pass the VV. This means that in the first year of co-government, each partner holds a high state position ( The VV has the prime minister, the LDK chairman of the Assembly. Meanwhile, in the next three years, the VV holds two high state positions (Prime Minister and Speaker of the Parliament), while the LDK holds a position (president but serves as a unifying factor under the constitution).
2. The number of ministries remains 12 and their structure remains as agreed earlier, with these exceptions:
   A) The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports joins the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
   b) The Ministry of Management of Local Power is divided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where it is integrated under the agreement reached at previous meetings, and remains for communities not many beside the Ministry of Communities and Kthim.
3. Coalition partners, in line with constitutional provisions, will support the country's proposed candidate from the LDK.
4. As a result of this agreement:
   a. Until the President's election:
   • VV will have the prime minister, the first deputy chairman of the Assembly, the second deputy prime minister and five ministries, meanwhile.
   • The LDK will have the Speaker of the Parliament, the second deputy chairman of the Parliament, the first deputy prime minister and five ministries.
   b. After the president's election, proposed by the LDK:
   • The VV will have the prime minister, the Speaker of the Parliament, the first Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, the second deputy prime minister and the minister, meanwhile.
   • The LDK will have the president as its proposed candidate (but acting as president as a unifying factor under the Constitution), as well as the second deputy chairman of the Assembly, the first deputy prime minister and 5 ministries.
5. All other issues remain as agreed at previous meetings.
