The late Nazmi Rrustemi was allegedly a witness to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
This was even confirmed for T7 and the family Rrustemi last week.
According to them, three months before he was found dead, he was interviewed by special investigators in the quality of the witness.
But the Special Prosecutor in Kosovo is unaware that the late one could be witness to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
This prosecutor's chief prosecutor Blerim Isufaj in an interview for T7 says it is not their competence to guard witnesses.
Isufaj, who for the first time speaks as chief prosecutor for T7 after agreeing unanimously to the chief prosecutor's position late last year, has denied that he was elected by politics in this position.
