According to him, the greatest shame falls on Kurt and Osman because they have received nearly half a million Albanian votes, where, as he writes “Quint representatives have no democratic legitimacy to decide in the name of Kosovo citizens”, Lushi wrote.

You should be ashamed even the VV and LDK, who invite the foreign representatives of Quinn and any foreign country to your meetings!
Especially must Vjosa Osmani and Albin Kurti, who have received nearly half a million Albanian votes to represent us and find solutions to political problems and other kinds!
Quint representatives have no democratic legitimacy to decide in the name of Kosovo citizens! We have expected that you two will be the change in how the people of Kosovo are treated by keeping foreigners where they belong as friends, allies and partners but outside decisions that stem from sovereign alone!
Shame on you that you're not disassociated by the neocolonial kisses of previous political generations!
If you can agree with each other, how parties in any normal state deal, the call you are unable, yield way and allow people to choose who can, least, save the minimum dignity to the beautiful people of Kosovo!
