According to experts, loneliness could result in a 50% increase in early death prospects, which is lower risk compared to 30% of premature death risk increases from overweight.
Despite the technological advances that are supposed to have tied us better together, loneliness seems to have just grown up. Some 70% of them believe that friends and family members would be surprised if they discovered that they felt isolated.
A recent survey conducted by the RHGransets has found that 75% of the old population in the United Kingdom suffers from loneliness. Most don't even talk about it, statistics are just bringing the reality that Britain is very close to becoming the most lonely state in all of Europe.
In the United Kingdom, loneliness is being known as an epidemic and is costing Europe much. About $26 million a year is spent solely on medical vacations. Loneliness is very harmful to a person, both physically and mentally.
A lot of scientific evidence in recent years has suggested that lonely people have a number of health problems that only incite them to an early death.
