Learn it once and for all, should we listen to music when we have a gym or not

Finally, an experiment has been performed by a professor of law and health at Ulster University to answer that question.
During the study, 24 volunteers between 25 and 65 years of age were recruited, which were accidentally divided into two groups.
One was given a pedometer and was asked to take 10,000 steps a day, while the other group was encouraged to walk quickly for 30 minutes a day, listening to the music chosen for them.
The good news is that we have seen positive changes in both groups, but those who walked quickly listening to music had slightly greater improvements than those who were making 10,000 steps”, said the branch expert.
The latter had an average drop in body fat of 1.8%, while those listening to music had 2.4%.
So the message is, if you want to keep your shape, mind, and physical, put your headphones on and start running as fast as you can!
