Kryeziu: LDK is seeking positions belonging to the first party

He said that with all the positions that he is asking for the party, which came second from the last elections, it will gain power, Klan Kosova reports.

However, according to Kryeziu these two parties brought a new format with their negotiations on reaching an agreement.

I think that a different form of talks has started because we are used to seeing in Kosovo after 6 October. This is a well-known format that makes parties in the West also has been at this stage between Vetevendosje and LDK, passing all phases of their agreement to keep quiet and not provide information to the public, which goes to the name of the “agreement for all or nothing”. This agreement implies the peak point of reaching the agreement and further communicating at party forums and providing information to the public”.

“During this process came a deadlock at the president's point. This resulted in a lack of reading the outcome of October 6th. Vetevendosje was brought up as the absolute election party and LDK sʹpo could accept the loss of elections or the second appearance in the elections. So that didn't bring them into balance by trying to make both parties look victorious in the division of power”.

Kryeziu said it was Albin Kurti who broke the deal with the LDK for public presentations and publicising disputes.

“Kurti broke the deal by making a statement with Glauk Konjufca's conference or public appearance or even strategically used it to show the problems inside and exert pressure on the LDK and to bring it as a cause and obstacle to reaching a” agreement.

As far as Glauk Konjufca's election was elected, Kryeziu said it has brought the country as close to the elections.

The LDK, however, has tried to bring in this pressure and came to a situation of selecting Konjufca chief parliamentary, making a situation closer to elections. Because as long as we didn't have an agreement and we didn't have the constitution arrangement, and now we have the Assembly that can be collected tomorrow and can be discussed for the Institute vaquim and can come to the distribution of parliament with even 40 deputies or even at the president's invitation. Now we are closer to elections on legal terms. So we're in a political situation that can produce new and different situations”.

Kryeziu in the debate area said Vetevendosje does not see Vetevendosje as a party who fears power, nor as provocative the election as fleeing responsibility granted to October 6th.

The “is not that Vetevendosje lacks the courage to address major issues such as dialogue or Special Court, even for the latter there is no political or legal responsibility. I see dialogue as a problem and this party is not even provoking elections because then why should it stay in the opposition?

“Vetevendosje is unable to give the second subject the position belonging to the party. With the top speaker, the president and the minister 5 is the winning subject. The LDK is aiming to be the winning party. Never in Kosovo has a second party had two main positions. Taking power and responsibility brings the winner to LDK”.

But Kryeziu said that under the Constitution he cannot have Albin Kurti as the winner of the elections send Kosovo alone to the elections, as the approval of other parties is needed for that.

The Kurti does not have the opportunity to lead us into elections so easily. The President has the opportunity to give the mandate to someone else. Kurt may refuse, but not so easily take the place to the election”.

We have alternatives not to go to the elections, and this is not in the interest of Kosovo. The elections produce a new political situation, if Kurti starts dealing and tries with minority governance, with LDK saying he will support and the AAK who has said we will support him from damaging Kosovo”

I think there will be a potential opportunity for another solution to go to the polls after a year with the president. If Kurt disagrees with this situation, I strongly believe he will prove the minority government. I don't think it will bring any harm to Kosovo to bring the country to elections or reject the mandate. But Kurt even if he makes a deal with the LDK he doesn't dare to officially refuse the mandate because that means giving anyone a chance and I don't think anyone else would reject this”.

Kryeziu said the international community is not seeing fit to intervene in this process until there is any quarrel. According to him, the International Community is very correct, seeing and observing the process and if there were blockades then they would participate.
