Elbasan Karacica, who is being sought by Kosovo Police at the warrant of the Foundation Court in Drenas, for several different criminal acts, has been seen lunching in Italy with singer Fjolla Morina.
Elbasan Karacica allegedly committed several thefts, including car thefts. He also allegedly tried to hit a cop in a car.
Criminal acts dating back to November 2014 include: physical assault on police, contempt of police order, participation in beatings, car theft.
Based on sources within Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor, Karachica stands out for car theft and, among other things, allegedly attempted to hit a policeman by car.
Karacica is also suspected of having stolen the weapon from the Union Jashar, Rifat Jashar's son and Kosovo Security Force General (FSK).
As an indictment, Karacica is suspected that on May 8th of this year in the village of Komoran, in co-operation with other suspect Ahmet Kamberi, broke Union car mosque Jashar and stole it from a bag in which Jashar stored his gun “G 17”.
