All of this has happened and is happening in the Dardania neighbourhood of Fushe Kosovo, while Periscop readers from there show that Kosovo police have completely banned entrances to the bloc in the vicinity of the trafos.
There is no reporting on injuries or material damage so far, Periscope follows.
Meanwhile, residents of the bloc have remained confined because of the police's decision to stop circulation.
