Italian has been appealing the verdict since 2017, but has now lost the case, according to “La Repubblica” Transmission Periscope.
According to the prosecutor, Miccoli paid Maurro Lauricellan, the son of a known mobster, to raise about 20 thousand euros.

Miccoli, 40, is said to have helped a friend recover money because he had disagreements with a businessman from Sicily.
The money is added to come from selling a nightclub in Isola delle Femmine.
The case had occurred around 2010-2012, and according to “Star”, Miccoli and his lawyers will appeal the verdict to the Supreme Court again.
