The Academy of Arts and Sciences in the United States has announced the 24 categories film nominations for the Oscar Awards to honour the dedication made in the movie field in 2019.
The Yoker film has been nominated to 11 categories, including for best film, best actor and eight other awards.
Three other movies: The Irishman, 1917 and One Upon a Time... in Hollywood, each have 10 nominations.
Projects have been nominated in the category for best film: Ford v. Ferrer, The Irishman, Jojo Rabbit, Joker, Little Women, Marriage Story, 1917, once Upon a Time... in Hollywood and Parasite.
The best actor category has been nominated: Antonio Banderas, for his role in the film, Pain and Gloy, Leonardo DiCaprio, for his role in the film, Onion a Time ... in Hollywood, then Adam Drive in the film, Marriage Story, Jonathan Pryce, in the movie
The Two Pops, and Joachim Phoenix for his role in the movie, Jober.
For the role of best actress, in the race to win Oscar are: Kathy Bates for his role in the film, Richard Jewell, Laura Derin in Marriage Story, Scarlett Johannson in the film, Jojo Rabbit, Florence Pugh for his role in the film, Little Women, and Margot Robbie, for her role in the movie, Bombshell.
The best international film category in the competition is the movies: Corpus Christi, Honeyland, Les Miserbles, Pain and Gloy and Parasite.
Even this year, as in the past, prices will be shared by actors, as there will be no electricity.
The 92nd Award-sharing ceremony will be held on February 9th at the Dolby Theatre's Llos Anfale.
The TV channel ABC will broadcast this event, which was attended last year by 29.6 million people.
