Russian military sources said Russia provided Iran with tools as high precision rockets, which were used in an attack on two US air bases in Iraq on January 8th.
Russian sources claim they have provided Iranians with their global navigation network, Glonas, the Russian equivalent of the US GPS system. The use of this system, according to Russian sources, allowed Iranian missiles to strike targets with 10m accuracy, especially at the Ein Assad base in western Iraq.
19 missiles were fired by Iran, 17 of which fired the target.
Experts suspect the credibility of Israeli journalists' arguments, however, they acknowledged that Iran had indeed used the Glonas system to direct ballistic missiles
