For many of us, coffee is a necessary part of our daily routine. She's there to give us that energy dose we need during the day. However, coffee is not recommended to be consumed at any time.
According to studies, you should avoid consuming caffeine after 2: 00 p.m. or at least seven hours before going to bed because it can negatively affect your sleep. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that consumption of caffeine six hours before going to bed affected the quality of sleep, even though the effects of caffeine may no longer be felt. The study participants were able to sleep smoothly, but the quality of sleep was not the same as that of someone who had not consumed a few hours before sleep.

According to studies conducted by researchers in Britain and the U.S. and published in Science Translational Medicine, drinking a double express three hours before bedtime can turn the body clock back almost an hour. This is related to heart disease and neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's.
It is not only about coffee caffeine but also about what is found in soda or energy drinks.
The best time to consume coffee is 10 a.m. In general consumption, the Mayo Clinic recommends keeping caffeine consumption at 400mg per day, or approximately four cups of coffee.
