There are certain foods that represent the best choice after Christmas and New Year's and will restore you to form within weeks.
A holiday diet is necessary if you have a little excessive and have not been careful with the amount of calories allowed. If this is your case, do not despair, but read the following advice to adjust your lines after the holidays.

One of the best foods after last year's holidays is the avocado: it's easily found in this season, it's one of the best sources of gluttion that helps protect cells and favours liver deoroxification.
It's also rich in vitamin, which plays the same fukskio, making it a perfect meal after the holidays.
