Germany leads in Kosovo for foreign investment

“The importance was that of financial services where the IHD level was 24.3m euros (-10.5m euros in the same period in 2018)”, the CEC reported.
Under the financial account, IHD in Kosovo reached the value of 199.2m euros, marking an increase of 22.9 per cent compared to the same period in 2018, RTK reports.
“Under the IHD structure, capital and stock investment fund amounted to 161.0m euros and mark growth of 2.1 per cent, while IHDs in the form of debt instruments marked the value of 38.2m euros (4.4m euros in the same period in 2018). High level of IHD was marked in the real estate sector (150.8m euros) and compared to the same period in 2018 was down by 1.1 per cent”, the CEC report said.
